Bring Out The Best In Your People
Your people have the biggest impact on the day-to-day running of your care home.
So, you need to bring out the best in all of them.
THAT REQUIRES QUALITY, RELEVANT TRAINING
AND THIS IS WHERE WE STAND OUT ABOVE THE REST
You should want your training to be delivered by people who really do know what they’re talking about because they do what they teach – they walk the walk. That’s us.
We are an accredited training provider – accredited with ICQ and Qualsafe – but that’s where the similarity with other training companies ends.
We provide the best training possible because we are a spin-off from a care provider company.
Our sister company employs RMNs and RGNs, senior care managers and experienced practitioners – who are qualified up to Master’s Degree level in Dementia Care at Stirling University – all working with our Training and Development team to create and deliver the most up-to-date and effective training possible.
That means, our training is not from a textbook and is not a tick-box exercise. Our training will give your people the tools they need to be able to give your residents the best of care whilst meeting legislative standards.
Care-specific training that is delivered online or from a manual, followed by a test, will of course be cheaper than practical classroom training, but its not effective.
If you’re happy with your staff being technically compliant with their mandatory training, but in reality learn little. And if you’re happy to risk all the problems that poor training will bring to your care home, then we’re not for you.
If on the other hand you want to ensure that your staff are receiving training that is of the highest quality, training that gives them the qualifications and competence to deliver the care you want your residents to have, then we absolutely are for you.
From care-specific training to diplomas, from Leadership & Management to Business Strategy, decide what training your care home needs and click the boxes below to see what we can deliver.
The investment you put into your people can make all the difference to the success of your care home. But only if you can afford this investment. If you can’t then you will always struggle because of poor care delivery, high turnover and daily issues that take control away from you and drag you down.
If you cannot afford this investment, then your care home is not Financially Strong enough and you need to address that first. Click this link and make your care home financially strong, so you can invest in your people and, in return, receive the best from them.
