LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA IN ADULT CARE

This course is suitable for individuals who are already working in adult care. Alongside continuing to demonstrate the appropriate values, associated with working in adult care, learners will also be expected to demonstrate and exercise, leadership, guidance, and direction, at the frontline of care delivery.

The diploma will be delivered using a variety of teaching methods and the learner’s competency and ability, to perform within their scope of practice, will be demonstrated and assessed through the observation of practical skills and the submission of written work.

Learners will have full and ongoing support, for the duration of their training, from our dedicated training team.
