LEVEL 4 DIPLOMA IN ADULT CARE

This course is suitable for individuals who are already working in adult care and whose role sees them taking on supervisory and leadership responsibilities, within that role. The course is designed to develop further the individual’s current knowledge and build on the skills and confidence required to supervise and lead. Learners will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of process, policy and compliance, within their role.

The diploma will be delivered using a variety of teaching methods and the learner’s competency and ability, to perform within their scope of practice, will be demonstrated and assessed through the observation of practical skills and the submission of written work.

Learners will have full and ongoing support, for the duration of their training, from our dedicated training team.
