Aim of the course

 This qualification is for those who are interested in working in a Health and Social Care environment and who are looking to specialise their knowledge and understanding of working in end of life care.

Assessment

 To achieve this qualification via certification through the awarding body, iCQ; learners must achieve 3 credits.

iCQ qualifications are internally assessed, primarily through the creation of a portfolio of evidence. This portfolio demonstrates the learner's achievement of all learning outcomes and assessment criteria.

Evidence can include observation of performance, examination of products, questioning, professional discussion, reflective accounts, and witness testimony.
